Before founding Banter, Lev held senior leadership roles across education technology, publishing, and data-driven services—industries centered on engagement, learning, and measurable outcomes. His experience spans startups, growth-stage companies, and Fortune 100 organizations, giving him a broad perspective on how technology and content can drive performance at scale.

Prior to Banter, Lev held leadership positions at The Princeton Review, Kaplan, Thomson Reuters, and Teachscape, where he focused on building products and services that translate complex information into actionable insights for users.

He holds a BA in History from Grinnell College and an MBA from Harvard.
