AAID’s dental professional membership has to balance marketing their practice and its services, answering potential prospects’ questions and concerns, and actually performing the services. The AAID Banter experience created an immersive, educational journey. It was in-depth, but it quickly captured the interest level in dental implants and connected users with local practitioners near them.

And 63% of those who completed the experience clicked on “Find an Implant Dentist Near Me.” The Banter experience captured valuable insights, actionable intent data, and qualified candidates who were ready to take the next step.

The campaign enabled AAID to test its hypotheses, refine its message, and improve the ROI on its marketing efforts.
